Local Town Gets 6th Amazon Fulfillment Center In Illinois

A local town will become the 6th Amazon Fulfillment center in Illinois. Channahon is getting an Amazon fulfillment center. The center will be located east of I-55 between Route 6 and Bluff Road. Channahon joins, Monee, Romeoville, Naperville, Aurora and Joliet. Channahon Mayor Missey Schumacher says there will be reduced truck traffic as this facility will cater to larger items, like patio furniture and refrigerators.
