Man Arrested In Fatal Joliet Shooting

A 37-year-old Joliet man has been charged in connection with a fatal shooting in Joliet on Friday afternoon. Matthew Rutledge has been charged with murder, attempted murder and aggravated battery. Rutledge is accused of shooting and killing Quentin Woods in 800 block of Sherwood Place. A second individual was also struck by gunfire and taken to an area hospital in fair condition.
Bond for Rutledge has been set at $2.5 million.
