Man Killed After Roof Collapses at Apollo Theatre ID’d

A Belvidere man is being identified as the man killed after the roof collapsed at Belvidere’s Apollo Theatre. Fred Livingston Junior was one of more than 200 people attending a concert at the theater Friday night when severe storms caused the roof to collapse. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Dozens more were hurt in the incident.
