No Wings For Lunch Today At Local Restaurant

An early morning fire at Hooter’s in Joliet will be closed for at least today with no word on when it will reopen. Fire crews responded in the 4 o’clock hour this morning to put out a fire. No one was injured. No word on where the fire started, but by all accounts it didn’t affect the outside of the building as seen in the pictures below. WJOL has learned it took minutes to put out the fire. The restaurant was just remodeled and now it will have to close to deal with smoke and fire damage.
