Non-Essential Reopening As State Enters Phase Three

Non-essential businesses are reopening today as the state enters Phase Three of the Restore Illinois plan.  Major changes to the shopping experience in many stores include widened aisles and limits on the number of customers in the building.  Some small businesses are putting off opening because of at-risk employees or other concerns connected to the COVID-19 pandemic.
