Two suburban men are accused of scaling up the side of a Chicago downtown skyscraper over the weekend. Daniel Pierce of Plainfield and David Gonya of Aurora are charged with misdemeanor counts of reckless misconduct and criminal trespass to land. Witnesses say the pair climbed up scaffolding at the unfinished Vista Tower on Saturday. Pierce and Gonya were taken into custody after they returned to the ground. The high rise is located at 363 East Wacker Drive.
