Poll Shows Sean Casten Frontrunner In Sixth District Congressional Race Over Incumbent

A recent poll is showing how two Illinois Congressional races are expected to end up. Representative Sean Casten hired a pollster that shows that he is ahead of incumbent Congresswoman Marie Newman 36 percent to 26 percent in the Sixth District race. Meanwhile, another poll shows that the crowded field for the First District seat is wide open. The post is left vacant by retiring Congressman Bobby Rush. The primary is set for June 28th.
