Presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg says racism is an American problem. The openly gay South Bend, Indiana mayor spoke this morning at the Rainbow/Push Coalition convention in Chicago. He said the country’s policing, health care system, housing and schools are burdened by racism. Meanwhile, Buttigieg continues to struggle to appeal to African American voters. A recent CNN poll found him polling at zero percent nationally among black voters.
