Pritzker Cautiously Optimistic About Illinois’s Drop In COVID Cases

Governor Pritzker is cautiously optimistic about a decline in COVID-19 cases in Illinois.  The governor says despite the decrease, there are still a lot of people battling for their lives in hospitals across the state.  The state has averaged nearly 27-thousand new confirmed and probable cases of the virus per day over the past week.  That is down 18-percent from the previous week.
