Pritzker Says Reopening Great Moment In Illinois History

Governor J.B. Pritzker is calling Illinois‘ movement to a Phase Five full reopening a “terrific moment in the state’s history.”  Restrictions imposing a statewide mask mandate, or limiting businesses, restaurants and bars, and venue capacity are being lifted today.  The governor is encouraging people to get vaccinated, especially pre-teens an teens.  Pritzker says it’s a good day to celebrate.
