Pritzker To Sign Gun Licensing Bill In Chicago Today

Governor J.B. Pritzker will be in Chicago this morning to sign a bill that will give the state more oversight over Illinois gun dealers. The measure will require firearm stores to get state licenses. Lawmakers approved it last year following the killing of Chicago police Commander Paul Bauer and the high school shooting in Parkland, Florida. The signing will take place at Ella Flagg Young Elementary School.
