Proposed Bill Could Require Children To Start School Earlier

A proposed bill could require children to start school earlier. Legislators would require children to start kindergarten at age five, instead of six. Illinois State Senator Chuck Weaver disagrees with the proposal, saying the decision of when children start school should be left to parents.
