Update: Railroad Gate Problems At 9th Street In Lockport

Railroad gates are malfunctioning in Lockport at 9th Street and Canal Street this morning. CN has been called to the scene to fix the crossing. The issue was fixed for a short time then malfunctioned again. Traffic is jammed in both directions due to this issue.
