Rain Changing To Snow

Slippery conditions still possible this morning. Temperatures have risen into the mid and upper 30s across east central Illinois and northwest Indiana, however, icy conditions  remain a possibility in some locations this morning. In  particularly, secondary or lesser used roads as well as bridges or  elevated surfaces. Those traveling this morning should use caution and expect slippery conditions.
