Rauner Portrait Joins ‘Hall Of Governor’ In State Capitol

Former Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner is being honored in Springfield. The Republican was in town yesterday as his portrait joined the “Hall of Governors” in the Illinois Capitol. The portrait was painted by Chicago artist Richard Halstead. Rauner served as governor from 2015 to 2019. Current Governor JB Pritzker beat him in 2018.
