Report: Bulls Have Worst Local TV Ratings In 13 Years

The struggling Bulls are having problems building a TV audience. Sports Business Daily reports the team saw a 24-percent drop in local TV ratings this season. It was their worst average local rating in 13 years. The drop in ratings comes as the Bulls had their worst season in more than a decade, winning just 22 games.
