Senate Finalizes Version Of Fair Tax Ballot Question, Voter Pamphlet

The Illinois Senate is adopting language intended to be used for the graduated income tax ballot question.  The wording would also be used on voter information pamphlets about the issue.  The House still has to vote on the resolution.
