A shelter-in-place order in Joliet is now lifted. Authorities conducted a manhunt this morning for four burglary suspects. Three alleged offenders are in custody. Police say the suspects ran from a stolen vehicle near the corner of Black Road and Junie Court. A shelter-in-place order was called in the area because the alleged culprits may have been armed.
