Shorewood Hires Wilmington Police Chief

New Shorewood Police Chief Philip Arnold & Mayor Clarence C. “CC” DeBold

The Village of Shorewood has hired a police chief from a neighboring town. Philip Arnold has been named the new police chief. Arnold has been the police chief of Wilmington since 2014. Arnold has been in law enforcement for 30 years working at several Illinois towns and also worked on the Illinois Terrorism Task Force.
