Smollet Lawyers Not Pushing For Record Expungement

The attorneys for Jussie Smollett are not looking to get the Chicago actor’s record expunged in the suspected hoax hate crime attack.  Patricia Brown Holmes says they support court files being preserved and do not want to any records destroyed.  Records in the case are sealed.  Cook County prosecutors dropped disorderly conduct charges against Smollett earlier this week.
