Snow On Tax Day, Except Tax Day Is Now July 15th

Our world turned upside down. Today was supposed to be tax day. But due to the COVID-19 pandemic, tax day has been pushed back to July 15th. Winter-like conditions today with 2 inches of snow as of 7 a.m. in Joliet and 1.5 inches reported at O’Hare Airport.
