State Is Waiving E-Check Fees For Drivers Paying Online

Secretary of State Jessie White’s office says the fee for paying with e-checks is being waived.  The 75-cent fee for using an e-check online to pay for vehicle registration or a duplicate or new driver’s license will not be assessed through August.  To begin the process drivers should visit CyberDriveIllinois-dot-com.  Meanwhile, there is still a small fee for using a debit or credit card.
