State Police Officering Email, Text Option For FOID, CCL Correspondence

Illinois State Police is offering customers another option for receiving correspondence about their FOID cards and Concealed Carry License. Residents can now receive information by email or text message instead of mail. Those who wish to receive correspondence from the state police by email or text can sign up online.
