State Senator Pat McGuire Announces Decision to Not Run for Re-election

Illinois State Senator Pat McGuire has announced that he will not be running for re-election in 2020. McGuire has served as the Senator for the 43rd district since 2012. He had previously served as the Will County Treasurer from 2006 to 2010. McGuire is the second State Senator in Will County to announce that they will not run for re-election after Senator Jennifer Bertino-Tarrant announced her decision to not run for another term and instead run for Will County Executive.
