Suit Accuses District 205 Of Failing To Protect Student

Lockport Township High School District 205 officials are being accused of failing to protect a female student who was sexually assault by a male student. A lawsuit filed in Cook County by the parents of the female student claims district officials were aware of the male student’s past history of sexual abuse to other students but allowed him to continue living a normal high school experience. The suit claims the male student sexually assaulted the female in December 2022 at Victor J. Andrew High School in Tinley Park.
