Supreme Court Of Illinois Not Considering Murder Conviction Appeal

The Supreme Court of Illinois will not consider an appeal of Charles T. Allen’s murder conviction. This comes after an appeals court upheld the 2020 conviction for the 2019 stabbing of Donald J. Collard. Two years ago, Allen was sentenced to 44 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
