SUV Drives Into Woodfield Mall

A suspect is in custody after allegedly plowing an SUV through an Illinois mall. A witness at the scene posted a video on Twitter showing the vehicle crashing into merchandise and kiosks at Woodfield Mall in Schamburg.

Schamburg police say there are currently no injuries being reported and it is not an active shooter situation. A witness told Fox News that he heard shots being fired, but that has not been confirmed by officials. WGN aerial cameras are showing significant damage to the Sears entrance, where it appears the vehicle first entered the mall.
