Taste of Frankfort Returns September 24th
Tickets are still on sale for Frankfort Mayor Keith Ogle’s popular fall fundraiser, Taste of Frankfort. Ogle and his fundraising committee will host the event on Tuesday, September 24th from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at CD and ME located at 23320 South La Grange Road in Frankfort.
The annual event features a wide variety of food samplings from some of the finest restaurants in Frankfort. This year’s participants include Aurelio’s Pizza, Bear Down Barbecue, Chef Klaus, Dancing Marlin, El Mezcal, Enrico’s Italian Dining, the Wine Thief, and Trails Edge Brewing. A total of 20 restaurants have been confirmed. The event also includes a raffle with over 30 specialty gift baskets and a photo booth.
“This event will truly have something for everyone,” Ogle stated. “We have some new restaurants as well as some of our local favorites. We continue to be amazed at how the event keeps growing and I’m personally pleased to be able to showcase the restaurants in Frankfort.”
Restaurants participating will offer a wide variety of food choices from local favorites to ethnic classics. “Frankfort is fortunate to have so many wonderful restaurants to choose from and this is what attracts attendees to our event,” added Ogle.
