The Winner Of Chicago Marathon Dies In Car Accident

The winner of last year’s Chicago Marathon is dead after a crash in Nairobi. Twenty-four-year-old Kelvin Kiptum died in a car crash late Sunday, according to multiple sources. Kiptum was the first man ever to run the marathon in less than two hours and one minute, finishing the race in October in two hours and 35-seconds. HIs coach was also killed in the crash.
