Two Illinois State Troopers are being lauded for helping deliver a baby on the shoulder of I-57 in Chicago. Authorities say Roland Watkins pulled in front of two State Troopers conducting a traffic stop Sunday in the northbound lanes near 111th Street. Watkins told the officers his sister, Stacey Watkins, was in active labor in the car. The troopers helped deliver the woman’s baby boy before both were taken to the hospital.
