United Center Concessions Workers Reach Tentative Contract Agreement

United Center concessions workers are agreeing to a tentative agreement with Compass Levy. Weekend talks between the union Unite Here Local 1 and their employer resulted in a deal to avoid a strike. Levy employees staged walkouts on March 5 with concerns about access to health insurance and higher wages. Union members are scheduled to vote to ratify the contract on Friday.
