Video: Flashing Lights Cause Major Back-Up on Weber Road From I-55

WJOL longtime listener John Mares shares his commute this morning. He’s traveling northbound on I-55 and as he exits Weber Road he encounters flashing red lights which he says has been going on for weeks. This has been causing major traffic delays along Weber Road and I-55.
