Spend time giving back to your community on the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday by signing up for a Forest Preserve District volunteer workday at Theodore Marsh. The holiday presents an opportunity for participants to have “a day on, not a day off.” The workday is scheduled for 8 a.m.-noon Monday, Jan. 21, at the Crest Hill preserve.
