Update: Westbound I-80 Is Now Open At I-55

I-80 crash at I-55
Good news, after nearly eight hours, westbound I-80 is open between I-55 and Ridge.
Westbound I-80 was closed between I-55 and the Minooka Interchange at Ridge Road/Exit 122.
A semi-trailer carrying 43,000 pounds of cornstarch overturned. Illinois State Police are reporting that the closure will remain in place until at least 7:00 am. This occurred overnight just after midnight. The Interstate opened at 8:15 a.m.
