A Winter Weather Advisory until 10 am for Will and surrounding counties.
Snow is falling at such a heavy rate and is sticking to the ground. Temperatures rising this afternoon as snow will change to rain. Then snow begins again tonight and into Halloween. High 35 with new snow accumulation of 2 to 3 inches possible. By Thursday night, windy and cold with snow ending by 7 p.m.
