Wisconsin Man Arrested For Illinois State Trooper’s Death

A Wisconsin man is expected to be back in Illinois next week to face charges for the deadly crash that killed an Illinois state trooper earlier this month. State police commanders yesterday said that officers in Kenosha, Wisconsin arrested 61-year-old Scott Larsen. He’ll face charges for the crash that killed Trooper Chris Lambert back on January 12th.
