Woman Claiming R. Kelly Sexually Abused Her Wins Default Judgement

A woman who accused music star R. Kelly of sexual abuse is victorious in court and is expected to describe what happened to her. She won a default judgement yesterday in Cook County Court. The woman, who is one of four alleged victims in a criminal complaint filed against Kelly in February, sued the troubled R&B superstar earlier this year. A hearing set for next month will details of the alleged abuse from the plaintiff before deciding how much Kelly should pay.
