Woman Falls From Roller Coaster In Plainfield

A woman is recovering after falling from a roller coaster at a carnival in southwest suburban Plainfield. Police say the victim fell from the Iron Dragon ride last night at Plainfield Fest. The woman was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The Illinois Department of Labor’s amusement ride and attraction safety division is investigating the incident.
