An endangered Eastern Black Rhinoceros at Lincoln Park Zoo is pregnant. Officials say the 13-year-old female named Kapuki is expected to give birth to her calf in May. The father is a 33-year-old male rhino named Maku. The new calf is expected to weigh about 85 pounds when born. Eastern black rhinos are a critically endangered species because of poaching for their horns.
