Drones For Hunting Banned In Illinois

The Illinois Department of Natural Resources is reminding the public that the use of drones for hunting is not allowed in the state.  The unlawful use of drones for hunting could result in enforcement action, including the seizure and forfeiture of unlawfully used equipment.  The fall hunting season kicks off Sunday with the opening of archery deer and turkey seasons throughout Illinois.
