Joliet Plan Commission To Consider NorthPoint Annexation

The Joliet Plan Commission is going to be meeting on November 18th to discuss the annexation of 900 acres. East Gate Logistics is moving full steam ahead with their NorthPoint proposal by adding another 900 acres to their logistics hub.The project is over 2,000 acres with a planned Route 53 bridge near Breen Road. The Plan Commission will take up the project today at 4 p.m. at City Hall. The meeting is open to the public.
