Man Charged With Trespassing At Midway Airport Expected In Court Today

A man accused of jumping a barbed-wire fence and climbing on the wing of a private jet at Midway Airport is expected to appear in bond court today. Javier Martinez has been charged with criminal trespass. Police say the 33-year-old defendant appeared to be intoxicated when he was arrested on Tuesday afternoon.
