Metra Train Strikes And Kills Pedestrian In Naperville

A pedestrian is dead after being struck by a Metra train in west suburban Naperville. Rail officials say the female individual was hit by a Burlington Northern Sante Fe train this morning and was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no passengers on board at the time of the incident.
