A newly passed tax bill is set to help small Illinois businesses save thousands of dollars. The bill allows up to 400-thousand small businesses to avoid a ten-thousand-dollar cap on State and Local Tax. The change will let businesses opt into a major federal tax cut without costing the state any revenue.
