Numbers Revealed For First Weekend Of Deer Hunting Season In Illinois

Illinois officials are revealing the preliminary total of deer harvested during the first weekend of the Illinois firearm deer season last month. Hunters harvested just over 50-thousand deer between November 19th and 21st. Last year, hunters took just over 47-thousand deer during the first firearm weekend. Illinois’ seven-day firearm deer season will conclude tomorrow through Sunday.
