State Board Of Elections Closes After Employees Show COVID-19 Symptoms

The State Board of Elections has closed until August seventh after several employees showed symptoms of COVID-19. A board spokesperson says the board closed yesterday. There are about sixty employees who work in the building on MacArthur Boulevard. Two employees were in the building Monday, which was the deadline for filing objections to third-party candidates and ballot issues.
