Chicago is celebrating Casimir Pulaski Day today. The holiday is observed to remember Pulaski, a Polish hero of the American Revolution. A ceremony to honor his contributions will take place at the Polish Museum of America in the Noble Square neighborhood. Chicago Public Schools are open but city and county offices are closed for the holiday.
