House fire in unincorporated Lockport Township

Lockport Township Fire Protection District responded to a house fire on Sunday night just after 11 p.m. Deputy Chief Frank Blaskey spoke with WJOL and says when fire crews arrived at 11:10 p.m. on Sunday, February 10th, the house was fully engulfed in flames. The house fire was in the 212-hundred block of Covington Drive in the Lakewood Falls subdivision in unincorporated Lockport Township.

There were two people home at the time of the fire. They both got out before fire crews arrived. No one was injured, but the house is a total loss. Cause of the fire remains under investigation.
