Illinois Senate Rolling Out New Ethics Plan

The Illinois Senate is rolling out a new ethics plan. The proposal would give the Legislative Inspector General more power to pursue investigations without permission, as well as subpoena power. The move comes after several ethics scandals in the General Assembly.
