Illinois is days away from taking the next step toward fully reopening. The state will enter the ‘bridge phase’ of its reopening plan on Friday. Governor Pritzker’s office says that means capacity jumps to 60-percent for many businesses, and more people can attend events. The ‘bridge phase’ also starts a 28-day clock toward a full reopening. If all goes well, Illinois will be fully reopened by June 11th.
